Ride 'Em Cowgirl!

This was a MAJOR accomplishment in our family! Grace has been scared of this horse for the longest time! She actually got on and took a ride and I was sure to capture it on camera! Overcoming fears is a great thing!

Bean Bag Fun

The kids' Grammie and Grampy (Jake's Parents) got the kids bean bag chairs for Christmas. They are so cute. They both have leopard print on them, Hannah's is pink with her name embroidered on it and Grace's is purple with her name on it. I swear they can occupy the kids for a while! They will just sit and chill in them, or they will run and jump onto them, or jump off the chair ottoman onto them. Of course we tell them not to do the last one, but as soon as our back is turned we can hear them giggling and diving off the chair into their bag. They LOVE these things! I highly suggest them for your kids! Thanks again Grammie and Grampy!

New Friends

Tonight my friend Whitney and her husband Todd and daughter Chloe came over. Whitney and I wanted to be together to watch the MTV awards because they had a clip from the Twilight movie coming out in December. Our girls had so much fun playing together! They became instant friends. They decided they wanted to play dress up. Here are a couple pics...Grace and Hannah (I know... I'm growing Grace's bangs out and she took her barrette out)

Jake and I went to our annual Kenny Chesney concert yesterday! We had a lot of fun! Keith Urban was definitely our favorite performer of the evening! He can seriously rock on his guitar like nobody's business! I think since we've never seen him perform before too, it made it even more enjoyable! We got some great pictures... Kenny's are a bit blurry because the man doesn't stay still! HA!

Sex and the City

Friday night I went with some friends to see Sex and the City and then we went to Claim Jumpers afterwards for drinks and dessert. The movie was great! If you loved the show you will love the movie! It is like five episodes in one! We all had a great time, and I laughed so hard I was crying when we went out for drinks. Lots of fun! I have some of the greatest friends!

Girls Day!

Last Saturday Jake watched the girls and I went out and had a nice girls day with some friends. We met for lunch at The Elephant Bar, Did some shopping at Nordstrom Rack and then went to Barnes and Noble. It was a great day full of laughter!
