Merry Christmas!

The girls had a really nice Christmas. There isn't much that they wanted.. and didn't get! Hannah got (to list a few) a skateboard, easy bake oven, DVD portable player, cash, gift cards, lots of really cute clothes, and games. Grace got a Baby Alive doll, all kinds of stuff for her babies like clothes, playpen, carrier and car seat, Phineas and Ferb dolls, and some pj's. They both got several DVD's as well! After celebrating Christmas at home and opening gifts together while enjoying the stuffed bread I make every Christmas morning, we went to my Mom's (I forgot to bring my camera) to open gifts there. The next day the gifts from Jake's parents arrived and they got to enjoy a whole other Christmas which they really love to do! It helps them differentiate from the three sets of Grandparents! We were all very blessed! Now... if only little housecleaning fairies could come and clean up the giant mess!

Are We Done YET?!

I took Hannah and Grace to run errands with me all morning and then we met Jake for lunch. After that, he took Hannah to get a gift for Grace and I took Grace to get one for Hannah. Once we hit Michaels Grace was just exhausted! I had to snap this picture of her snoozing in the cart! Her Mommy is sooo mean! Ha!

Hot Chocolate and Christmas Lights

Last Friday night I got together with several of my friends and their families at my friend Debbie's house. Debbie had a hot chocolate bar and then after we loaded up on hot chocolate we all walked down the street together to look at the christmas lights at the Temple. They were really beautiful and the kids had a great time. It was so fun to watch all the kids running around and playing together. Usually when all of us get together it is our time together as women without the husbands and kids... but we all agreed it was nice to include them... this time. Ha!

Debbie has a wonderful house with a white picket fence and this swing on the front porch. I love her house and the kids had a blast swinging on the front porch!
Grace, Chloe and Hannah all holding hands checking out the lights.

Christmas Pictures

My Mom bought the kids some really cute Christmas dresses and Jake and I took their pictures. They turned out really great!

Singing in the rain.. just singing in the rain...

It has been raining here so much which we all just love. One of the biggest things we miss from back home is the rain and thunder storms! The girls think umbrellas are just the coolest. I love these pictures of Grace... the umbrella is almost bigger than she is!

Twirler Performance

The very big thing at Hannah's school for all the little girls is baton. We enrolled her in it and she loves it! They had a holiday performance and she did very well.

We made a gingerbread house with the girls. They had so much fun doing it and it turned out cute.

Hair Cut

Hannah has been asking me for ages to get her hair cut short. I finally decided that it is her hair and if that is what she wants then fine... hair grows back. It looks super cute.... she looks a lot older though with short hair!
